I-4 Travel Company NEVER charges any additional fees beyond what Disney charges. Disney does have policies on cancellations and changes. They policies do apply and I-4 Travel Company does not have the ability to waive them. We do commit to inform you of what these policies are at the time of booking. Our goal is make sure there are no surprises.
Under certain circumstances, I-4 Travel Company may choose to price match a vacation. Typically we do not choose to match prices due to the following reasons.
- The other Agency is giving away part of their well-earned commision
- They are playing the shell game hiding Taxes, Fees, and/or Port Fees that you will end up paying for. Make sure you are getting and out the door price.
- They are booking you as part of a special group rate for a particular sailing
- A combo of any of the above.
We do at times run special I-4 Travel Company promotions. We work very hard to earn your business and make the Magical Vacation of your dreams come true and as a travel professional, we deserve to be paid for our time. We encourage you to contact us about any lower rate you have found. If it is a public offering we will gladly match the price and provide our Concierge service. As you are shopping for prices, you should find nearly identical pricing for identical spec’d vacations. We encourage you to compare the level of service we offer to the other agencies. Do they give you their personal cell phone number to use while on your vacation in the event you need help, run into an issue, or have a question.
We SHOULD be able to get your booking modified for the promotion when it is offered. It is our job to monitor the new promotions for applicability to your booking.
I-4 Travel Company definitely recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance for your Magical Vacation. We strongly suggest that you consider it. It covers Trip Cancellation and Interruption, Medical Emergencies while on your vacation, baggage loss or damage, etc.
We have seen were cruise lines deny embarking on the ship if anyone in their party has had a fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea within 72 hours. No refund is provided due to the cancellation policy. While these cases are extreme, they do happen. More likely cases are missed flights and weather cancellations.

You can change or cancel your reservation without penalty up until 31 days in advance. Cancellations made 30 days to 2 days prior to arrival have a cancellation fee of $200 per package, but if reservations are cancelled 1 day prior to arrival or later, the full package price is non-refundable. You’ll also lose any nonrefundable elements, such as travel insurance and airfare — see below. No-shows will not receive any refund. After you’ve made final payment, any changes, such as applying a discount code, changing number of days and/or changing to a different resort, are subject to a $50 change fee and a $15 processing fee. Technically this is due whether the final cost is lower or higher, but if you’re changing to a higher-priced package, they will generally waive the change fees.
Airfare added to your reservation is also nonrefundable. It’s hardly ever a good deal, either. We strongly advise booking airfare separately.

Travel Insurance is optional, but I-4 Travel Company does strongly recommend it for cruises.
There are a lot of things that can bar you from embarking on the ship. Pregnancies, sicknesses, etc can can you to be denied entry onto the ship. Currently, you have to sign an affidavit swearing that no one in your party is running a fever, vomiting, flu, or has diarrhea for 72 hours prior to boarding the ship. They will deny entry for your party onto the ship and there is NO refund for this. This is why we recommend the travel insurance for a cruise.
